Rider Agreement

This Rider Agreement sets out the terms under which you operate as a delivery partner on the Lupasphere network using the TrackIt Pro application. By accepting a rider account, you agree to these terms.

1. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Lupasphere. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with Zambian traffic and transport regulations. Lupasphere does not withhold tax on rider earnings.

2. Eligibility and Verification

You must hold a valid Zambian National ID or Passport, possess a roadworthy vehicle appropriate for deliveries, and pass Lupasphere's in-person vehicle assessment before your account is activated.

3. Vehicle and Insurance

Your vehicle must be roadworthy, legally registered, and carry valid third-party liability insurance at all times. You are personally liable for any accidents or damage caused during deliveries.

4. Order Acceptance

You may accept or decline delivery jobs as they come in. However, consistently declining jobs or cancelling after acceptance may result in reduced job allocation or account review.

5. Earnings and Payouts

You earn a per-delivery fee as specified in TrackIt Pro. Earnings accrue in your Lupasphere rider wallet. You may withdraw to your registered mobile money number at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal limits and platform controls.

6. Standards of Conduct

You must: handle parcels with care; follow the route shown in the app; use the delivery PIN system correctly; behave professionally toward buyers and sellers; and not open, tamper with, or photograph parcel contents.

7. Data and Location

By accepting an active delivery, you consent to real-time location sharing with the buyer and the Lupasphere platform for the duration of that delivery. Location sharing stops when the delivery is completed or cancelled.

8. Suspension and Termination

Lupasphere may suspend your access for: confirmed theft, fraud, repeated parcel damage, or sustained poor delivery ratings. Unpaid earnings at termination will be settled within 14 days.
