Terms of Service

By using any Lupasphere product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. The Service

Lupasphere operates an online marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, and delivery riders within Zambia. We are a technology platform intermediary — we facilitate transactions but are not a party to contracts between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use our Services. By registering, you confirm this.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity on your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@lupasphere.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payments

All payments are processed via Zambian mobile money networks (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel). Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery via PIN. Lupasphere charges a platform service fee on each successful order, as disclosed at checkout.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods; use the platform to defraud other users; manipulate reviews or ratings; or attempt to circumvent platform fees.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lupasphere name, logo, and software are owned by Lupasphere Integrated Platforms Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lupasphere is not liable for losses arising from third-party actions (including sellers, riders, or mobile network operators), force majeure events, or your breach of these Terms. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lusaka.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
