Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement governs your use of Seller Hub to list products and sell through the Lupa marketplace. By activating a seller account you accept these terms in full.

1. Seller Eligibility

Sellers must complete KYC verification (National ID and business details) before listing products for sale. Lupasphere reserves the right to reject or suspend any seller account at its discretion.

2. Product Listings

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product listings — including title, description, images, price, and stock levels. Listings must not include counterfeit goods, stolen property, prohibited items, or any product illegal under Zambian law.

3. Order Fulfilment

Once an order is paid, you must confirm it ready for collection within the timeframe displayed in Seller Hub (default: 4 hours). Persistent failure to fulfil confirmed orders will result in account suspension.

4. Pricing and Fees

Prices are set in Zambian Kwacha. Lupasphere deducts a platform commission from each completed sale before releasing your payout. The current commission rate is displayed in your Seller Hub dashboard and may change with 14 days notice.

5. Payouts

Seller earnings are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Funds are credited to your Lupasphere wallet and may be withdrawn to your registered mobile money account. Payout processing time is up to 2 business days.

6. Returns and Disputes

If a buyer raises a dispute within 24 hours of delivery confirmation, Lupasphere will mediate. Sellers must respond to dispute requests within 48 hours. Lupasphere's decision is final for disputes under K5,000.

7. Prohibited Items

You must not list: alcohol, tobacco, controlled substances, weapons, live animals, financial instruments, or any item prohibited by Zambian law. Violating this results in immediate account termination.

8. Termination

Lupasphere may terminate your seller account with 7 days notice for violation of these terms, or immediately for fraud or illegal activity. Unpaid seller balances will be settled within 30 days of termination.
