TrackIt Courier Services collection points can be registered as Lupa Marketplace pickup locations. When a buyer chooses pickup delivery, the order flows automatically into TrackIt Courier Services — the parcel is tracked end to end, and payment is released once the customer confirms collection.

Operators in the Lupa network receive orders directly from the marketplace. Both platforms stay in sync throughout the parcel journey — no manual coordination required.
